Kyle Richards isn’t quite ready to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
After exposing her marital issues and separation from Mauricio Umansky, 53, on the 13th season of the show, Kyle, 55, is admitting that she could use a “break” while also looking ahead to production, saying she’d love to welcome both Kathy Hilton, 65, and Denise Richards, 53, back to the show.
“I, personally, am just trying not to think about it,” Kyle told E! News of season 14 at a recent event. “Because I need a break from all of that. As soon as the reunion finished and wrapped then Buying Beverly Hills started, so I just kept having in my face over and over again. I’m like, ‘I just need a break.’ Whenever they talk about it, I’m like, ‘Too soon, guys!’”
According to Kyle, she’s “of course” considered quitting the show, although she has yet to do so.
“Would you want to go back?!” she asked, rhetorically.
While sharing her deepest, darkest moments on the show wasn’t easy, Kyle admitted to feeling some relief after season 13.
“It was really difficult because when we first started the season, Mauricio and I really didn’t know what was going on, where we were going to end up. Obviously, we’re in a different place now,” she explained.
Throughout her and Mauricio’s separation, they’ve kept family as their focus, continuing to live together and spend time with daughters Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, Alexia Umansky, 27, Sophia Umansky, 24, and Portia Umansky, 16.
“They’re doing really well,” Kyle confirmed of her kids. “They’re all really strong girls. They’re strong, they’re confident, they’re smart. They’ve been a really strong pillar of support for me to lean on during these times. They were really looking out for me. That was really nice.”
Also speaking to E! News, Kyle said she would “of course” want to see her older sister, Kathy, return to RHOBH.
“She’s just always funny. I don’t want to have any problems, obviously, so she’s been an amazing source of support for me during this time so I would just like to keep that going and keep our relationship strong and just laugh. Just have fun,” she teased, adding that she would also like to see Denise back.
“Of course, why not?” she asked. “I have no issues with Denise.”
At the same event, Kathy addressed her own potential role on season 14.
“You know what? Nobody knows. I don’t think anybody knows anything right now so we’ll see,” she said.
In other Kyle Richards news, the mother of four was spotted at Coachella over the weekend, where she spent time with niece Paris Hilton, 43, and Kesha, 37.
On her Instagram Story, Kyle shared a video of the three of them dancing to Gwen Stefani, 54, singing her No Doubt hit “Sunday Morning.”
Kyle’s outing with Paris comes just weeks after the Simple Life alum slammed Mauricio for suggesting he was “f*cked” in business by her father, Rick Hilton, who he used to work for at Hilton & Hyland.
“My father is a consummate gentleman and has always taken the higher road. He would never speak negatively about family — especially in the press,” she wrote on X. “Frankly we are all sick of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to plug his lame show. It is enough already…”
