Drake‘s newest OVO signee, viral sensation 4Batz, will seemingly have a Chris Brown feature on his forthcoming debut EP when it arrives next month.
In a post to his Instagram Story on Wednesday (April 17), the “act ii: date @ 8” singer shared a video bopping hard in the studio with CB.
A snippet of a song played in the background as well, giving fans a tiny preview of what to expect.
The newcomer’s EP U Made Me A St4r is due out on May 3, which he reiterated in the video’s caption. It previously had a release date of April 5 but was evidently pushed back.

4Batz is arguably the biggest breakout star of 2024 thanks to his viral hit “act ii: date @ 8,” which cracked the Billboard Hot 100 and has racked up almost 100 million streams on Spotify alone.
In March, the woozy song received a boost from Drake who jumped on the remix, before it was reported that the Dallas native had joined the 6 God’s boutique label.
Batz’s lawyer declined to comment on news his client is headed to the OVO imprint but mentioned that he “made a calculated decision to creatively collaborate with one of the most iconic artists ever.”
The attorney added added: “The positive energy and overall support from Team Drake/OVO was a driving factor in getting this song released. We are grateful for their involvement and are excited to see what the future holds as a result of this epic creative and business move.”
Drake and 4Batz previously linked up in person at one of Drizzy’s performances on his It’s All a Blur — Big as the What Tour?, where they were seen dapping each other up and sharing a conversation during the show.
The rising star also counts Kanye West as a fan, with the Chicago rap icon calling him his favorite new artist in an interview in February.
