The gang at Screen Junkies has released a new Honest Trailers video and this one has some fun joking around with Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two.
While this was a great film, this video doesn’t take it easy on the sci-fi sequel and manages to point out some pretty funny stuff about the film, characters, and story that will make some of you laugh.
It’s pokes fun at the “plot armour” surrounding Timothée Chalamet’s Paul Atreides, and Dave Bautista’s one-note performance.
It also points out that needle-drop piece of the musical score used to make some of the relatively mundane scenes more epic.
This is all fun tongue-in-cheek humor, so there’s no need to get offended or bent out of shape with the silly comedic commentary the video offers. Enjoy!
