The ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ actress has been linked to Blanco since the end of 2023, and they have seemingly been going strong ever since. They even made their first red carpet-appearance together earlier this year at the 2023 Emmys in Los Angeles.
The couple shares similar interests, including a love for food. In fact, Blanco has just released a cookbook, something Gomez is “so proud” of.

‘Open Wide: A Cookbook for Friends’
Many of Selena Gomez’s fans know she is a huge foodie and has her own cooking show, ‘Selena + Chef,’ so when the public found out her boyfriend was set to release his own cookbook, fans couldn’t help but get excited — Gomez included.
“She’s a huge steak fan. So anything that has steak in it,” Blanco told TalkShopLive of his girlfriend’s taste buds. He also revealed that Gomez loves pasta and “always asks for these little, perfect fried potatoes.”
Now that Blanco’s cookbook has officially hit shelves, Gomez is taking to social media to express how proud she is of him.

‘So Proud Of Benny Blanco’
The ‘Only Murders In The Building’ star shared a collage of photos on her Instagram page promoting Blanco’s new cookbook.
“So proud of @itsbennyblanco – Open Wide is out now!!” she wrote in the caption. The first pic in the post showed Gomez kissing her boyfriend’s cookbook with Blanco in the background. The second photo showed both Gomez and Blanco smiling at ‘Open Wide: A Cookbook for Friends’ while the third photo captured the couple hugging and posing for the camera.

Benny Blanco Talks About His New Cookbook
Blanco shared a message with his fans to promote his cookbook and draw readers in.
“Hi, I’m Benny Blanco. I’m in a television show with my best friend Dave, and I probably produced most of the songs you have heard on the radio from 2008 until now,” he began. “When I was thirteen, my friend got a George Foreman Grill and it changed my life forever. We would invite friends over, get stoned, and make the most elaborate sandwiches our prepubescent minds could fathom. I became obsessed with food and cooking for friends.”

He continued, “I know what you are going to say, and I get it. Cooking is scary. But I promise you, once you get into it, it will be your new addiction. Slicing an onion is like taking a Xanax to me. I made this cookbook to teach you everything I know about food, cooking, and throwing the greatest dinner party of all time.”
Blanco said that his new book includes “the basics to get your kitchen ready, a little advice from [his] expert friends, then all of the dinner party menus [he] love[s] to make.”

The record producer turned cookbook author went on to say, “I’ve been told some of the finest stories over meals. I’ve laughed so hard I thought I was going to actually die.
