Boldy James has been called out by Amanda Seales over their past relationship.
The actress, best known for her role in the HBO comedy series Insecure, recently appeared on the Club Shay Shay podcast with Shannon Sharpe.
During the episode, Seales namedropped Boldy James while speaking about the lengths she’s gone to help ex-partners — specifically Black ex-partners — and claimed he owes her money.
“If I hate Black men, I want a refund, Shannon,” she said while addressing the narrative that she “hates Black men.” “You know how many brothers I have lifted up? I want a refund!
“I’ve done paid probation fees because n-ggas could rap and I want them to be able to live in their talent and their truth.”
She added while looking into the camera: “I done spoke to a damn P.O. [probation officer] to vouch, Boldy James. And you owe me money.”

Boldy James previously rapped about Amanda Seales on the song “Guilt” from his 2021 mixtape Super Tecmo Bo wirth The Alchemist.
On the track, he referred to Seales as Miss Wilburn, her character in the ’90s Nickelodeon sitcom My Brother and Me.
“Hunnid a G, ‘member I got fronted the key/ ‘Fore the bag came, my gas tank was under the E/ Life took a ill turn on that Sunderland spree/ Now I’m fuckin’ Miss Wilburn from ‘My Brother and Me’,” he rapped.
The full extent of Boldy James and Amanda Seales’ relationship, however, is unclear.

During the same podcast episode, Amanda Seales also opened up about previously dating Pusha T and Lupe Fiasco.
“As you can see, the rappers that I have dated are very great MCs, because I have high quality,” she bragged.
On the music side, Boldy James released his latest album Penalty of Leadership, a full-length collaboration with producer Nicholas Craven, in January.
The project served as their second together following 2022’s Fair Exchange No Robbery.
