According to TMZ, the former couple reached an agreement through a stipulated judgment, which was filed alongside Britney’s response to Sam’s divorce petition by her attorney, Laura Wasser. The decision is pending a judge’s approval, which will officially end the marriage.

The couple, who have been married for 14 months, had a prenuptial agreement in place, which reportedly leaves Asghari without a significant financial settlement from Spears. The outlet previously reported that Spears reportedly expected to give Asghari a six-figure sum and has been covering his rent. However, the specifics regarding their financial agreement have not been confirmed.
As previously reported, Asghari filed for divorce due to irreconcilable differences, and close sources claimed there were allegations of infidelity and physical altercations. Asghari reportedly accused Spears of having an affair with a staff member and alleged footage of them in a compromising situation. Additionally, he accused his former spouse of physically attacking him, with one particular incident where she began punching him as he lay in bed. He was reportedly seen in public with a black eye and bite marks.
