Katie Maloney shared a photo update of her Something About Her sandwich shop with Ariana Madix, while hinting at her current status with Ariana and also teasing that the opening date is one week away.
Plus, in a preview for the upcoming reunion episode of Vanderpump Rules, Katie defended Jo Wenberg over her situationship with Katie’s ex-husband Tom Schwartz – after previously calling Jo a ‘rat girl.’
On her Instagram Stories this Wednesday, Katie shared a photo update of her storefront.
“We have an awning!” she wrote over the image, which showcased the awning of yellow and white stripes – situated below the ‘Something About Her’ sign.

In another post, Katie posed at a table with Ariana. This seemingly suggests that all is well between them following the Pump Rules reunion drama. During the reunion, Lala Kent exposed some of Katie’s off-camera gripes about Ariana, including complaining that Ariana was leaving to do Broadway while leaving all of the work on the sandwich shop to her.
“It’s almost sandwich time…” she teased. “One more week.”

On a reunion preview, Katie surprisingly defended Jo concerning her past situationship with Schwartz, and she suggested he was breadcrumbing her.
“Especially as I was watching, I like felt really bad [for Jo],” she said via @nosmokenomore on X, “because it seemed like he was being very elusive and like you were – you saw the relationship very differently.”
Katie then addressed Schwartz directly.
“You’ve been giving [her] the relationship and boyfriend experience, so no wonder why she would assume that you were in a relationship,” said Katie, as Jo was shocked by her words. “But you were not committing to [a relationship].”
Schwartz hinted that “some things happened” that caused him to want to pull away from the situation. Jo indicated that it was a “conversation” – which she didn’t want to discuss on camera.
“But, Tom, when you know someone has feelings for you, if you’re not very clear … you were displaying somewhat what we call f**kboy behavior,” said Katie.
Tom and Jo also shared that they were having sex possibly once or twice a week while the season was filmed.
