Ben Affleck Seen Without Wedding Ring For The First Time Amid Divorce Rumors

Ben Affleck has further fueled speculations that his marriage with Jennifer Lopez has hit the rocks. The actor was seen for the first time without his wedding ring on Friday when he visited his kid’s school for a recital.

Affleck is also rumored to be searching for a new house in Los Angeles, as reports suggest he has moved out of the $60 million marital home he shares with Lopez.

According to a news outlet, the “Argo” actor was seen for the first time without his wedding ring amid reports of marital strife with Lopez.

Affleck appeared at his child’s school for a recital on Friday, and his ring finger was notably missing the nuptial jewelry as he adjusted his car’s sun visor.

Until yesterday, Affleck and Lopez had been wearing their wedding bands despite the news of their troubled marriage.

It’s not known if Lopez has also ditched putting on her ring, as she was last sighted on Thursday.

The embattled couple seemingly intensified rumors with their separate public appearances, as they had not been seen together in the past seven weeks. They then exchanged icy glances when they reunited for the actor’s child’s school presentation on Thursday.

They were last pictured together on Easter Sunday when they grabbed dinner at Cecconi restaurant in New York, sparking speculations that they had secretly dissolved their marriage.

According to the DailyMail, the pair laid aside their marital troubles on Thursday as the “Hustlers” star joined her husband for his child, Fin’s school play.

At the scene on Thursday, eyewitnesses were not convinced that their marriage is intact, telling the news outlet that Affleck “did not look happy to see JLo as she arrived at a show for one of his kids.”

“When he saw her get out of her car, they did not hug or kiss,” the tipster noted.

For their outing, Lopez donned a beige top tucked into light-wash flared jeans and stilettos. Affleck, on the other hand, had on a dark blue flannel, a grey graphic T-shirt, jeans, and Nike sneakers.

According to Perez Hilton, the couple is focusing on their children to ensure they’re not affected by their alleged marital strife. When Lopez attended Fin’s school production, she made sure to bring a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers to celebrate their performance.

According to the news outlet, an insider noted that “nothing would have stopped them coming together for the kids” and that “the marriage drama comes second.”

“They are putting on a united front. Jen showed up with Emme to support Fin. Emme’s super attached to Fin, so it’s only natural that Jen, no matter what she’s going through with Ben, was there,” the source claimed.

“Jen looked super thin and was dressed casual-chic,” the source shared. “She didn’t glam up like the last time she came to a school function. She seemed more subdued than usual when she greeted Ben as he pulled the car up. Emme was super excited, though, jumping for joy over Fin’s performance.”

According to Page Six, the “Argo” actor is searching for a new house in Los Angeles. He is understood to have been staying at an apartment in the Brentwood neighborhood of LA, where he has been seen going out and coming in “over the past week or so.”

Affleck has reportedly left his shared $60 million home with the Latino pop star after they “decided to call it quits” on their marriage, per In Touch. A source noted that they “just couldn’t make it work.”

“The writing is on the wall – it’s over,” the source stated, adding, “They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame!”

“He’s focusing on his work and his kids now,” the insider went on. “Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for.”

“They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There’s no way it could have lasted,” they added.

The “Let’s Get Loud” singer was also seen checking out some real estate properties a few days ago, although an insider claimed she was just on the lookout for an investment property.
