Kelly Ripa In Skimpy Bikini ‘Works Hard To Look That Way’

Kelly Ripa’s fans have long been respecting the intense work the 52-year-old puts in to look as toned as she does. While the outfits are more pencil skirts and blouses as she cohosts Live! with husband Mark Consuelos, vacation time is more freeing for Kelly, who had fans gushing over this snap in May 2020. The image, posted to an Instagram fan account dedicated to the Ripa-Consuelos clan, showed Kelly and Mark enjoying a sunny beach, and there was no hiding this couple’s workout game. While Mark showed off his ripped torso shirtless in swim trunks, Kelly stunned in a skimpy bikini top and sarong, and one fan couldn’t help but comment that Kelly “works hard to look that way.”

Scroll for the snap, one dating back to September 2018. Flaunting her shredded arms and shoulders while flashing her washboard abs, Kelly looked fitter than ever as she rocked a triangle bikini top in blue.

Keeping stylish as she coordinated her swimwear top to a printed sarong in blue and yellow, the former All My Children actress went high-waisted, nonetheless highlighting her minuscule waist as she completed her look with shades and a chic sunhat.

Smiling confidently, Kelly threw out the peace sign with both hands. While the mom of three looked right at the camera as she and Mark padded across golden sands, her husband gazed ahead while rocking dark shades. Kelly had originally captioned the shot: “We’ve left over a million sandy footprints on various beaches over the past 23 years. We did the math.”

The repost has been turning heads. “She works hard to look that way,” the aforementioned fan wrote. Kelly does, indeed, put in the “work.” The star trains regularly with celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser, hitting up the Anna Kaiser Studios in NYC for cardio-filled studio sessions, but she also works with weights to keep her muscles toned.

Kelly may teeter around in high heels as she greets America on her popular morning series, but the hard grind doesn’t end there.

“I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so gorgeous,” Kelly told The Cut in 2019.

Kelly proved that she doesn’t need to resort to throwbacks with this January IG snap. Rocking a figure-hugging bathing suit as she cozied up to husband Mark from a glam poolside spot, she wrote: “Greetings from Captains Underpants  (One last swim).”

Topping replies is a hilarious response from reality face Lisa Rinna. Jokingly, the former Bravo star wrote: “I’m sorry to see that you’ve both just let yourselves go. Let’s do better in 2024.”
