Netflix has released the first teaser for The Witcher Season 4 and it give us the first footage of Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia.
The teaser comes after some set photos and an official image were shared online, but now you get to watch Hemsworth walk through a gloomy and foggy forest with his horse. It’s not much, but it’s enough to get fans to continue to complain about Hemsworth being cast in the role.
The Witcher Season 4 will pick up soon after the Season 3 finale. “After the shocking, Continent-altering events that close out season three, the new season follows Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri who are faced with traversing the war-ravaged Continent and its many demons apart from each other.
“If they can embrace and lead the groups of misfits they find themselves in, they have a chance of surviving the baptism of fire – and finding one another again.”
The Witcher series will come to an end with Season 5, and the final two seasons are shooting back to back. They will adapt the remaining of author Andrzej Sapkowski’s books, Baptism of Fire, The Tower of the Swallow, and Lady of the Lake.
The series also stars Freya Allan, Joey Batey, Freya Allan, Anya Chalotra, and Meng’er Zhang. New additions Laurence Fishburne, who will play Regis, and Danny Woodburn, who is starring as Zoltan, are also pictured.
