Oop! A day after headlines broke about ‘South Park’ brutally taking aim at Lizzo and using her name for a phony, off-brand version of the weight loss drug Ozempic, she is now reacting.

As mentioned on Friday (May 24), social media went wild after the latest ‘South Park’ special, which is called ‘The End of Obesity’ and airs on Paramount+, brutally targeted Lizzo and her weight. The animated comedy series has always been provocative and full of shock value, taking digs at celebrities, public figures, and more.
However, the latest dig at Lizzo arrives on the heels of a very tough year for the “Juice” singer/rapper — who was sued by three former dancers last year for allegedly creating a hostile work environment via fat-shaming, sexual harassment, and religious and racial discrimination.

A few days ago, Lizzo even shared an update on her mental health, claiming she’s the happiest she’s been in 10 months, however, she’s no longer as carefree as she used to be.
Before her mental health update, Lizzo had shocked fans with an “I Quit” post, leading them to initially believe she was quitting music due to constant criticism online and in her personal life. However, she clarified her statement and said she was just done feeding into negative narratives and criticism.

Since all of the lawsuit drama and fallout, Lizzo has now found herself being scrutinized again on a new special of ‘South Park’ that begins with “Eric Cartman” in his doctor’s office, trying to get the super popular weight loss drug Ozempic to shed some pounds.
Being that he cannot afford the drug and his insurance won’t cover it, his doctor tells him, “I’m going to write you a prescription for Lizzo. She’s a really good singer who talks about body positivity, and just being happy with the way you look. I want you to listen to Lizzo five times a day, and watch her videos just before bedtime. I’m afraid you’ll have to be on Lizzo for the rest of your life.”
Reacting to the ‘South Park’ special for the first time, and publicly, did a duet post with the clip and after her name gets dropped in the episode, her jaw initially drops. But by the end of the clip, Lizzo ultimately said that the recognition on the show only means she is “that b*tch.”
