Kim Zolciak Calls Cops on Kroy Again, Claims Theft

Kim Zolciak was spotted in yet another police body cam after recently calling the cops on her estranged husband Kroy Biermann.

This time, the Don’t Be Tardy alum accused Kroy of taking her phone and locking himself in his bedroom. The exes are in the midst of a contentious divorce, with both sides making several allegations against the other.

Back in January, video footage at a police station showed Kim accusing Kroy of stealing her things in order to sell them. She was filing a report at the time, but Kroy’s attorney denied the allegations. Cops have been called to the home on other occasions amid the divorce.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Kim recently called 911 accusing him of taking her phone and locking himself in their primary bedroom, where the athlete now resides. She claimed she couldn’t get her phone back from him because a court order dictates that they must stay on their own sides of the home, and Kroy wouldn’t return the device. Part of the dispute was captured by a body cam via the outlet.

Kim shared that nothing physical took place between them, though she felt it was necessary to involve the police. The incident occurred at the end of April, and the video shows Kim talking about the “horrible divorce” and claiming that Kroy was going through personal things.

“This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense,” she said. “I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough.”

In her 911 call, she made similar statements, sharing her frustrations regarding the apparent lack of privacy.

Per the video, officers attempted to mediate the dispute, but Kroy seemingly refused to exit the bedroom. Behind his closed door, he denied being in possession of the phone.

The authorities said Kim couldn’t provide a copy of her court order and there wasn’t a physical altercation – so it seems nothing could be done.

Last year, in December, Kim and Kroy made headlines when a shocking police cam footage of Kroy raging and accusing Kim of sleeping with other men was made public.
