Lenny Hochstein has fans wondering if he’s on Ozempic after losing weight ahead of his upcoming wedding to his fiance Katharina Nahlik.
In a couple of recent photos shared by the 57-year-old Real Housewives of Miami plastic surgeon, he’s looking thinner than ever as his divorce from his estranged wife Lisa Hochstein, 41, rages on with recent claims of physical abuse.
“Weekend shenanigans with my dancing queen [Katharina Nahlik],” Lenny wrote in the caption of a post shared earlier this month of himself and Katharina, who he proposed to last summer after more than a year of dating.
“Is that Lenny????” someone asked in a comment.
“Looking great Lenny!! You can see the body transformation!” another proclaimed.
According to several of Lenny’s fans and followers, he’s looking “handsome and healthy,” “svelte,” and “super sharp” as he continues to lean down amid his messy split from Lisa.
“You’ve lost weight … You look great,” shared a third fan.
Another person compared Lenny to “Benjamin Button,” saying that he “looks better than ever” as they suggested he’s aging backward.
Someone else pointed to possible weight loss drugs.
“Is the [doctor] on [Ozempic] you look great but don’t [lose any more] weight. It ages you!!” they warned as another said Lenny “is sexy.”
In another Instagram post shared by Lenny from his $52 million Star Island home, he was again seen looking thin while posing alongside his future wife.
“Lenny looking lean and fit,” a commenter noted.
“Beautiful couple! Now this looks like synergy mentally and physically,” added another.
As Lenny prepares to say “I do” to Katharina, Lisa continues to enjoy her romance with boyfriend Jody Glidden, 50, who she went public with in late 2022.
The Real Housewives of Miami season seven is expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year.
