Following Rolling Stone’s scathing 6-month investigation findings, The Daily Beast is now sharing their own exclusive probe into Sean “Diddy” Combs in which five former employees have accused him of fostering an abusive and toxic workplace by creating and threatening them.

The Daily Beast reports that the former employees — who worked for Diddy’s lifestyle brand Sean John and Blue Flame, his now-shuttered advertising agency — alleged that the mogul would grab them up, berate them, and threaten them.
Out of fear of retribution, the former employees have remained anonymous. However, one former female Sean John staffer recalled a time Diddy allegedly grabbed her face after a creative disagreement. She said, “He didn’t like that I wasn’t agreeing with him, and he wasn’t interested in hearing my point of view. [He told me,] ‘When you speak to me, you should imagine that you’re talking to Karl Lagerfeld. Anything I say, assume that it’s coming from Karl Lagerfeld.’”

The former female staffer added, “At that point, I didn’t have a response to that, and he reaches out and he grabs my face. He puts one hand on both sides of my cheeks and says ‘Stick out your tongue,’ and then he squeezes my face harder and yells at me to stick out my tongue, forces his hands on my face.”
She said Diddy “just wanted to see” if her tongue was bleeding because she was biting it. She said, “I started looking for a job immediately after that moment. I just wasn’t interested in being there to deal with that kind of treatment. You have to really idolize him and see him as an icon. I didn’t. I was just there to do my job.”
The former staffer said she wasn’t surprised by Diddy’s actions in the Casandra “Cassie” Ventura hotel assault video, adding, “I’m sorry that it took this long. I hope he gets what’s coming to him.”

Another staffer claimed he was fired after making eye contact with Diddy and visibly showing disappointment when he arrived late for a meeting. Speaking on Diddy’s alleged abusive and toxic workplace, the ex-employee said, “There was erratic behavior, there was definitely what I would consider mental abuse, [with] how he spoke to us as employees.”
He said that he’d often work from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. because Diddy allegedly demanded the “culture of fear” in the workplace, adding, “[There was] a lot of profanity, kind of aggressive, in your face, physically in your face, kind of stuff.” The ex-staffer said whenever he’s asked about his time at Sean John he “always tells them it was the worst experience I ever had in my life.”
