Jennifer Lopez and her husband Ben Affleck are reportedly selling their $60 million marital mansion amid ongoing divorce rumors — nearly two years after rekindling their early 2000s romance/engagement and finally marrying in July 2022.

In recent months, Jennifer Lopez, 54, and Ben Affleck, 51, have been facing rumors claiming they separated and are headed for divorce; and things ramped up when J.Lo was spotted at May 6’s Met Gala by herself. A source claimed that Affleck did not participate due to his commitments to filming ‘The Accountant 2.’ However, he publicly appeared at Tom Brady‘s Netflix roast a day before the Met Gala.
Following the two public events, Page Six reported that Affleck was spotted living in a separate home from his wife. Sources alleged that the actor was spotted in his sports car driving away from a home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, which is where his first wife and children’s mother, actress Jennifer Garner, lives. However, he was still wearing his wedding ring. According to the site, Affleck has reportedly been living in the Brentwood-area residence for some time.

Adding more fuel to the separation and divorce rumors, sources claimed they spotted Jennifer Lopez house hunting in Beverly Hills, with additional rumors claiming she and Ben Affleck were seeking therapy to address their marital issues. Weeks later, J.Lo had to defend herself and shut down a reporter demanding to know about her current “situation” with her husband.
Two weeks later, it is now being reported that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are selling their $60 million marital mansion amid the ongoing divorce rumors. The Daily Mail exclusively reported that photos of the mansion were published on the real estate website Zillow on June 1 and June 5; and as of the latter date, the house is still listed as sold on May 31, 2023, which is when the couple first purchased it at $60.85 million cash, 10 months after tying the knot in Las Vegas.

Daily Mail reported that 50 images of the property were uploaded online, showing off the inside and outside of the 43,000 square-foot home that boasts 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, garages for 15 cars, parking for 80 vehicles, an outdoor sports complex (for basketball, pickleball, a gym, and boxing ring), a bar, and a 150-degree zero-edge pool, all of which sits on 6 acres of land.
The couple have not yet publicly addressed the breakup rumors and they have continued to keep up an apparent united front for the cameras.
