Rising Baltimore hardcore band Doubt have followed their great single “Delusion” with the announcement of a new EP, Held In Contempt, due July 12 via Get Better Records (preorder). It features “Delusion,” along with the just-released “The Hard Way,” another short, fast hardcore song that shows off this band’s knack for channeling bands like Trash Talk and early Ceremony. The EP was produced with CORPUS engineer Aidan Elias. Check out the new song and upcoming tour dates below.

Bassist Pocholo Itona says, “Having something to channel all my passion into gives me a way to push myself creatively, interpersonally, and morally, and I always think that I’m capable of touring and making music for a long time, I’m capable of anything. If I’m able to be organized enough to perform and tour within DIY, there’s no reason I can’t organize politically and engage my community outside of DIY and punk.”
