Bones UK are continuing to keep their music “scrappy, raw, and real,” which you can hear for yourself later this year when their sophomore album, SOFT, arrives Sept. 13 via Sumerian Records.

Written and recorded over five years in London, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Texas, the LP promises a high-octane mix of soul (think Stax and Motown), classic rock, and ’90s electronica, including collaborations with Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins and Mike Schuman of Queens of the Stone Age. Today they’re previewing it with the simmering single “BIKINIS,” and its accompanying video, premiering below, travels back to the Middle Ages, featuring the duo donning chainmail and engaging in sword fights. Together, it’s an artful and meaningful take on self-love, coming ahead of their summer dates with Bush on their Loaded Greatest Hits tour.
