Affleck had a rare interview with Kevin Hart for season four of “Hart to Heart,” where he spoke about what it’s like to be married to a big star like Lopez.
According to the Daily Mail, the actor was in awe of his wife’s popularity as he shared a story of the wild fan attention she gathered during a visit to New York City.
He said, “We went somewhere, I can’t remember because she’s so famous, and she creates this—people love her, and she really represents something important to people. To me, people are like, ‘Hey, I like your movie,’ and then they’re like ‘AAAHHHH! J-LO!’ It’s amazing, you know what I mean?”

Affleck shared more details of the story and explained that they decided to walk a block to their destination with their five kids, but once they were in Times Square, fans spotted Lopez and went crazy.
He said, “We get out with her, all the kids, through Times Square, and the s–t was like f–kin’ bananas… Then we’ve got our five kids, it’s me and Jen and what feels like hundreds of people, and they’re all screaming.”

The “Gone Girl” actor explained that he’s a “shy” person and not at all grumpy or upset like fans often think when they see his pictures.
He said, “I’m also a little bit shy. I don’t like a lot of attention. This is why people see me and they’re like, ‘Why is this dude always mad?’ Because someone had their camera sticking in my face, and I’m like, ‘OK, here we go.'”
“I have [a] resting hard face. People are projecting onto me something that I don’t feel about myself at all,” Affleck added.

One telling sign of this is the full beard Affleck sported in the interview, which he has shaved off since March to film “The Accountant 2.”

Affleck’s new interview follows reports that Lopez is done trying to make their marriage work. An insider revealed to the Daily Mail that the singer no longer feels that there’s a solution to their problems or that their marriage can be saved.
The source said, “Jenny has had enough and she really tried but she can do no more, it’s not getting any better, it’s worse.”
They further explained that the singer walked away from Affleck because he was constantly “grumpy and negative” in person and in their relationship.
Lopez is now reportedly making plans for her future as a single woman and mother of her kids. One of these plans includes resuming her “This Is Me…” live tour, now scheduled for the summer of 2025.
She previously canceled the tour before its scheduled start date of July 2024 because she wanted to “recollect herself.”

The source told the Daily Mail that Affleck and Lopez will announce their divorce to the world soon.
They said the announcement would likely come on a Friday, which is a tradition amongst celebrities who are breaking up.
