Danielle Cabral opens up about her friendship fallout with Jennifer Aydin and calls her former friend a “complete [animal]” following their physical altercation.
In a new digital clip shared by Bravo, Danielle Cabral opened up about the demise of her friendship with Jennifer Aydin after their recent fight on the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
On Sunday’s episode of RHONJ, Danielle Cabral and Jennifer Aydin got into an ugly physical altercation. After engaging in a verbal spat, things turned physical when Jennifer pushed Danielle, and Danielle retaliated by throwing a glass at her.
“I did not expect it to change so drastically this year. I felt very confident with my friendships. I didn’t have anything on the bingo card. I was gonna saunter in, eat the food, drink the drinks, and it didn’t happen like that for me,” the 38-year-old RHONJ star shared in a clip from Bravo. “For me, it was more like I took a backseat, and I let people show me their true colors. So I navigated those waters my personal way.”
Danielle admits that when she began seeing a different side of Jennifer while filming season 14 of RHONJ, she “immediately took 10 steps back” from their friendship.
“It sucked at the beginning because I was like, ‘Didn’t you just come to my son’s communion and like give me a really big check, and weren’t we good?’ And then we were not,” she recalled. “Some people are just complete animals. And I’m talking really for Jen because there’s still stuff I need to clear out with Teresa [Giudice] that we’ve not talked about.”
“Those are not my people,” she added.
