Details Of Stacia Mac’s Restraining Order Against Her Daughter
Stacia reportedly stated in the legal filing that Leilani Capalot came to her home intoxicated and without warning on the day in question. Mac claims her daughter entered her bedroom and attacked her.
Additionally, Stacia claims Leilani ran through the house, destroying different items. After chasing her daughter off the property, Mac fired at her with a gun as a “last-ditch attempt” to ensure Leilani wouldn’t harm her or anyone else, per docs.
Polo’s mom is hoping a judge will grant the domestic violence restraining order, banning Leilani from visiting her homes in Los Angeles and Georgia.
Mother & Daughter Speak Out Amid Restraining Order Filing
After news of the restraining order spread, Stacia Mac issued a statement on social media about the incident and her filing. Additional documents she shared appear to show a cease and desist her lawyers sent to Leilani alleging defamation.
“This heartbreaking situation is a stark reminder of how deeply mental health issues can affect families, often creating immense stress, tension, and upheaval. Ignoring these problems can only make them worse,” her statement said.
In an Instagram Story post, Stacia Mac added, “Moving forward my attorneys and legal team will address. Leilani I love you and nothing you can ever do or say will stop me from loving you. The internet will not hug you or love you. You are seeking validation from a place that’s not real. When you’re ready to come to terms with your actions and ready to heal, I’m here.”

Leilani responded to her mother via Instagram Story, stating, “You shoot at me and file a restraining order. You leak my records and file a restraining order.” She added, “Nobody thinking bout you grandma.”
Swipe to see the additional statements she made, including allegations that her mother was the aggressor in the April incident, that she hasn’t visited her son in jail, and that Stacia Mac is attempting to run in circles of people way younger than her.
As previously reported by The Shade Room, a video of the shooting at Mac’s home went viral on June 21.
At the time, Mac took to social media to claim Leilani “attacked” her during a “manic episode.” Furthermore, she highlighted Capalot’s alleged abuse of alcohol and how it has affected the family. She also claimed that her intent was never to harm her child when she shot at her. Mac said she “wanted [her] off property not hurt.”
However, Leilani claims things went down differently. She stated that she “…was attached verbally, emotionally, physically…” and she was “provoked” by her mother. Polo’s sister did admit that she had a “manic episode” but only after she was “TRIGGERED” by her mother’s harmful behavior towards her.
Meanwhile, Polo G has not publicly responded to his mother and sister’s beef.
