Zedd has reportedly filed a restraining order with a Los Angeles court against a woman who allegedly showed up and harassed the DJ at his home.
The Grammy-winning producer claims that Rezwan Senobarian, who he has never met, came to his Encino home multiple times this week and behaved “erratically,” demanding to talk to him, per court documents obtained by TMZ. Senobarian is also said to have falsely impersonated Zedd by phone and email to a number of people.
Zedd ultimately called the LAPD to apprehend Senobarian and is now seeking a temporary restraining order against the woman, who also reportedly harassed his personal assistant and security guards.
In other news, Zedd, one of the most popular electronic dance music artists in Spotify history, last week released a new track, “Out of Time.” It’s first single from Telos, his first album in nearly a decade, which is scheduled to release on August 30th.
He’s now set to take Telos on an eponymous U.S. tour, which he’ll kick off in early-September by headlining a doubleheader of his curated “Zedd In The Park” event at Los Angeles State Historic Park.
Senobarian has not been formally charged of a crime at the time of this article’s publication.
