Many fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills were saddened to learn that Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky were seemingly calling it quits last year. However, the two are on good terms, as neither has spoken ill of the other. Recently, he was asked if he and Kyle were getting back together, and his response was a bit surprising. Plus, he recently celebrated his birthday and got a secret gift for his condo from Kyle.
Kyle and Mauricio got married in 1996, and fans had gotten used to seeing their love play out on RHOBH and Buying Beverly Hills. However, in 2023, rumors began to circulate that they were divorcing. The two later confirmed their separation, and their daughter, Alexia, admitted that she learned about their issues through the press and not from them.
According to Heavy, TMZ recently asked Mauricio if he and Kyle were close to reconciling their longtime relationship. He dodged the question by saying, “Oh my God, I have no idea. You gotta ask somebody else that question.”
Based on the response, it seems Mauricio may be interested in getting back together with Kyle. However, it seems the ball might be in her court when it comes to whether or not they take the necessary steps. As fans know, it was Kyle who decided she needed a break from her longtime husband.
According to Bravo, Mauricio joked that he was not going to reveal how old he recently turned, but he did share some details about what Kyle got him for his birthday.
He said, “Some really nice stuff, but I’m not telling you guys that either! [Kyle] got me something from Hermès, and then she got me something nice for my new condo.”
Both Kyle and Mauricio have been linked to other people. She has sparked rumors that she was dating singer Morgan Wade, and he has been seen out with various women. Still, there may be hope that they could rekindle things.
