Britney Spears has openly called out her boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz, on her Instagram page and declared that their relationship is over.

The award-winning singer questioned Soliz’s behavior towards her during an interaction with the paparazzi.

She wrote, “Why was he going 90 in a neighborhood with one pap following only to roll the window down when the pap pulls to the side of me ???? Then he calls his mom and says he’s being harassed. Why did he roll the window down with me crying in the seat??”

Spears further posted a cryptic quote on the platform: “Her attitude is savage, but her heart is gold.”

The singer then declared that she’s single with the words “single as f-ck” and also posted a now-deleted caption that read, “I will never be with another man as long as I live !!!”

Spears and Soliz’s relationship became public news in September 2023 amid the reports of her divorce from ex-husband Sam Asghari.

Sources close to the “Toxic” singer told Page Six that her family and friends had concerns about the romance with Soliz, whom Spears originally hired as a handyman.

These concerns deepened when Soliz’s criminal history revealed that he’d been previously charged with multiple misdemeanors and at least one felony.

At the time, one insider said a relationship with the handyman was not a good idea. They noted: “He’s been bad news from the start.”

Soliz’s criminal record hasn’t been the only red flag in his romance with Spears, as his former wife has made shocking allegations against him.

His ex-wife, Nicole Mancilla, spoke to the Daily Mail shortly after his relationship with Spears was made public.

She declared him to be a “deadbeat” serial cheater who has at least nine kids.

Mancilla added that Soliz was once “married, and now he denies his children. He neglects his children for Spears.”

Before she started her controversial relationship with Soliz, Spears had just finalized her divorce from her ex-husband, Sam Asghari, after about a year of marriage.

Spears and Asghari married at her Los Angeles home in June 2022, six years after they met on the “Slumber Party” music video set in 2016.

However, in August 2023, Asghari filed for divorce and announced their separation on his Instagram Story.

The message read, “After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Sh-t happens. Asking for privacy seems ridiculous, so I will just ask for everyone including the media to be kind and thoughtful.”

Eight months after the initial filing, Spears and Asghari finalized their divorce, according to documents obtained by E! News.

The documents revealed the divorce was uncontested, meaning the former couple “entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support.”

Amid Spears’ controversial relationship with Soliz, the singer is reportedly trying to reconcile with her sons, Sean and Jayden, with ex-Kevin Federline.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight on June 25, Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, shared an update on her relationship with the boys.

He said, “Reconciliations and the reunification of relationships are difficult and take time. They are sometimes complicated and always a lengthy process. The process has not really commenced, let alone [been] completed.”

Kaplan then shared some improvements that have been made to Spears’ bond with her kids over the last year.

He stated, “The good thing is that the boys saw their mom was doing well and have a desire to speak with her. There has been some telephonic communication between Britney and her sons, and we think that is a step in the right direction.”
