Fyre Festival organizer Billy McFarland is reportedly helping Donald Trump find rappers to endorse his presidential campaign.

McFarland has been seen connecting rappers such as Detrioit-based rapper Icewear Vezzo and Brooklyn rappers Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow with Trump to help with his campaign. However, Rolling Stone reported that the former president’s team has denied McFarland’s alleged role in the campaign despite sources claiming the campaign seriously focuses on recruiting hip-hop artists.
There was one instance where Trump was reportedly upset on several occasions that Snoop Dogg wouldn’t endorse his 2024 campaign. Since news of the alleged partnership broke out, a spokesman from the Democratic National Committee criticized Trump and said it is “on brand for a convicted felon like Donald Trump than recruiting another convicted felon to join his campaign just in time for the Republican National Convention,”

The spokesperson, Alex Floyd, continued to say that the alleged partnership said it is “shaping up to be just as much of a dumpster fire as Fyre Fest,” TMZ noted in a follow-up report.
Last week, Waka Flocka told his fans to leave his show if they were non-Trump supporters.
McFarland is infamous for his 2017 Fyre Festival scandal, during which the event promised luxury and celebrity appearances. He was sentenced to up to six years in prison but was released after serving under four years in March 2022.
