In July 2022, the 31-year-old singer posted via her Stories, sharing a sunkissed shot and checking boxes for the high-waisted swimwear trend. Shot far out as she enjoyed a luxurious pool terrace backing onto ocean waters, Demi sizzled in her black two-piece, with the photo now kept alive on a dedicated fan account. When users saw the picture, they rushed to comment, with pretty much everyone sending the “Sorry Not Sorry” hitmaker a compliment.

“Exercising has been so important for my recovery, both physically and mentally,” she toldShape. “On show days I count my concert as a workout, but on my off days, I try to work out once in the morning and again at night. It can be a lot between performing and traveling, so I’m careful not to push myself too hard.”
