Teresa Giudice addresses RHONJ drama and her future on the show amid rumors of a major casting shakeup for season 15.
Teresa Giudice isn’t turning the tables on RHONJ just yet!
While appearing on Tuesday’s episode of Live With Kelly and Mark, the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG addressed rumors that she’s leaving the franchise.
“Rumors are that you’re considering leaving the show. Are they true?” Kelly Ripa asked Teresa Giudice, who shut down the unfounded gossip.
“Really? Who put those rumors out there? Maybe some of my cast members,” the 52-year-old replied. “No, I’m not leaving. I started the show. When Bravo wants me to leave, that’s when I’ll leave.”
Live co-host Mark Consuelos noted that Teresa was “there first” and that her tenure on the Real Housewives of New Jersey dates back to the season 1 premiere in 2009.
“Yes, I was there first!” Teresa said before commenting on the alternative reunion the RHONJ cast is having for season 14.
“We’re having something. I don’t know what they’re calling it, but we are doing something. Make sure everyone tunes in for that, but I don’t know what they’re going to call it,” the mom of four said, adding that she’s “glad we’re not doing what we did last year” because of how ugly it turned.
“When you wanted to speak, other people wouldn’t let you speak. Come on, if we have something to say, let us get our point out, and then you speak,” she recalled of last year’s contentious reunion. “We were talking over!”
