Carl Radke stepped out with a mystery woman in New York City this week.
Just days after his former fiancée, Lindsay Hubbard, 37, confirmed her pregnancy with a Fourth of July announcement on Instagram, the 39-year-old Summer House star was photographed with a brunette at a bar in the Big Apple.
According to a July 10 report from Page Six, an insider spotted the potential new couple at the Everdene bar at Virgin Hotels New York City on Tuesday.
In photos shared, Carl was seen wearing a black T-shirt, khaki shorts, and white tennis shoes while his unnamed companion sported an orange sundress with a tote bag and flat shoes.

The insider said that during Carl’s outing, he and his mystery woman were interrupted by a couple of ladies who seemed to be fans. And after they spoke briefly, the woman was joined by a friend and Carl left the venue.
Following the sharing of Lindsay’s pregnancy news, which she claims came as a “surprise” to her and her doctor boyfriend, who she’s been dating since January, Lindsay made it clear to PEOPLE magazine that she was unconcerned with Carl’s reaction to her announcement.
“I’m not calling him up and having a conversation with him,” she explained. “That relationship is in my past, and I can’t really focus on my past anymore because I’m so focused on my present and my future. And to be honest, his emotions are no longer my responsibility. It’s just not my problem anymore.”
Lindsay and Carl had gotten engaged in August 2022 and planned to wed in November 2023 before Carl called off the nuptials.
Summer House season nine is currently in production.
