Edward Bluemel seems to be making waves with his recent casting in Netflix’s “The Seven Dials Mystery,” an Agatha Christie adaptation set in 1925. The series revolves around a murder mystery unfolding at a country house party, with Bluemel playing Jimmy Thesiger, a charming and witty character who aids the protagonist, Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent, portrayed by Mia McKenna-Bruce.
Bluemel, known for his roles in “Killing Eve” and “Sex Education,” brings his talent to this whodunnit, joining a star-studded cast that includes Helena Bonham Carter and Martin Freeman. The series is executive produced by Suzanne Mackie of Orchid Pictures, Chris Sussman, and Chris Chibnall, the creator of “Broadchurch” and former “Doctor Who” showrunner.
