Andy Cohen agrees that there should be a “rebrand” for season 15 of RHONJ: “We’re going to figure something out.”
On Monday’s episode of SiriusXM’s “Andy Cohen Live,” the Watch What Happens Live host admitted that the Real Housewives of New Jersey franchise needs some fresh faces moving forward.
“It is not time for a rebrand?” a caller asked, to which Andy Cohen replied, “Yes.”
“I think it’s time to do what happened in New York, bring fresh faces in,” the caller added, referring to Bravo’s casting revamp for season 14 of The Real Housewives of New York City.
The fan went on to rave about the franchise’s newer cast members, Danielle Cabral and Rachel Fuda, who joined the show during season 13.
“I love that they’re fresh and young,” the caller said. “They’re funny and … I love that there is positive energy.”
Said fan noted that there had been too much “negativity” from other cast members on the show and encouraged Andy Cohen to: “Set them free. Let them move on to the new.”
The Garden State Housewives franchise currently stars Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Rachel Fuda, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Jackie Goldschneider, Danielle Cabral, and Jennifer Fessler.
Real Housewives of New Jersey airs on Sundays at 8 pm.
