Who Was Voted Out In Episode 11?

Andrew Walker Details ‘Magical’ 2025 Lacey Chabert Hallmark Movie

Well this is it, we have come to the final episode of the season for The Acolyte and I have more questions than I have answers. This show has been messy with his characterization of the beloved Jedi. They are shown to make mistakes, have flaws and keep secrets. Not at all the Jedi we have grown up knowing or have we just been blinded – a question that Senator Rayencourt is posing. Speaking of Senator Rayencourt, what a surprise to see actor David Harewood from Supergirl back on the screen.

The episode opens with Qimir helping remove the mask from Osha, who sees Mae kill Sol without a weapon. They are bonding rather quickly, did anyone else notice this? When we next see Mae and Sol she uses Pip to escape her restraints while Sol tells her killing her mother was an accident but he doesn’t regret his decision. Before he can explain further, she attacks him and gets away. Everyone heads to Brendok for the final battle.

Master Vernestra has to maneuver Senator Rayencourt by speaking in circles about the situation at hand. Should there be another season, I would love to see these two continue a battle of wits. When we get back to Brendok we finally get to see Qimir and Sol fight with the sabers and it is absolutely everything I wanted in a lightsaber battle. The fight choreography here was some of the best I’ve seen on any Star Wars show.

Another great moment was seeing Osha and Mae have their own fight. It must take a lot of work for one actress playing twins to choreograph a fight like that. It was great to finally see Osha lose control and to see what she could do. Their fight is interrupted with the ship of the Jedi including Master Vernestra arriving. Mae takes off to find Sol.

Just as Sol got the upper hand over Qimir, Mae steps in and gets Sol to admit to his part in their mother’s death. He also finally explains that Osha and Mae aren’t twins, not sisters, but one person that their mother created using the planet’s power. Osha was listening from the shadows and made her presence known. Sol tries to explain but Osha chokes him with the Force and tells him to stop talking. As she crushes his windpipe he tells her it’s ok. She kills him and as she is holding his lightsaber it turns red. The vision Osha had was of herself.

As Master Vernestra steps off the ship she senses Qimir, who she thought was dead, her former pupil. When she finds the body of Sol she uses the Force to see the truth about what happened on the planet. When we next see Osha and Mae they seemingly make up and Osha agrees to go with Qimir to train as long as he lets Mae go. He agrees and wipes Mae’s memory so they cannot be found.

We see Osha and Qimir back on the island staring out to the ocean and Osha has a look on her face that is not good. Seems she will turn to the dark side fully because of Sol’s lies.
Back on Coruscant, Master Vernestra tells the council that Sol was responsible for everything and she questions Mae who cannot remember anything past the fire. She does not remember Osha. It seems that Vernestra will use this to re-train Mae in the ways of the Jedi. It is revealed that Master Vernestra’s master is Yoda. Also, cannot forget the other cameo, Qimir’s new master who I assume is Darth Plaguies, who trains Darth Sidious.

While I enjoyed this episode so much more than last week’s, I am still left with questions. I am not sure if I want a second season of this show. It started off so promising but the middle was rough and the ending, minus Yoda and Darth Plaguies – not sure was worth the wait. I mean, it’s like they wanted to destroy the reputation of the Jedi. Overall, I give the season a 6/10.
