RHOC star Jennifer Pedranti settled her bitter divorce from ex-husband William and scored a huge financial victory. Get all the details.
In Touch reports that Jennifer Pedranti will receive a modest amount of monthly support from her ex-husband, William, following their divorce, along with a six-figure lump sum.
According to court documents, Jennifer and William will share joint legal and physical custody of their four minor children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic.
The children will continue to reside with the 47-year-old Bravo star. William will pay Jennifer $4,674 per month in child support for the four children.
“Employment-related childcare costs shall be split equally between the parties,” the judge noted.
In addition, Jennifer agreed to have any additional child support reduced if her income from the Real Housewives of Orange County increases in the future. She will also receive $1,735 a month in spousal support from William but will terminate if and when she remarries. The reality TV star is currently engaged to her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, who proposed in April.
Jennifer Pedranti was also awarded two bank accounts, a retirement account, and all interest in her company, Devi Rebel Yoga. William also agreed to pay the RHOC star a one-time lump sum of $267,811 “in order to equalize the divison of the community assets and debts.”
Both were awarded all of the money they each earned since their split.
William was granted the total net proceeds [$535,000] from the sale of their family home in Ladera Ranch, California. He also walked away with several bank accounts, all interest in Pedranti Construction Management, and several vehicles, including a 2022 Ford Expedition, a 2016 Ford Mustang, and a Toyota Tacoma.
Jennifer and William wed on September 21, 2002. They were married for 18 years before separating on January 3, 2021.
