The 18-year-old socialite revealed her decision to use weight-loss drugs and said negative comments from social media have impacted her significantly. “I have, like, this thing where I photograph so ugly, and people are like, ‘Oh, my God — you’re so fat, and you’re so ugly,’” she explained in the video. However, she didn’t reveal which weight-loss medication she was using, according to Page Six.
Barker recently debunked rumors that she had plastic surgery after a follower commented on several bathing suit photos. “hey let’s stop being delusional,” she wrote under the comment. In February, she said that everything is natural except for her lips.

Barker’s mother, Shanna Moakler, revealed she also struggled with body image issues and said she was taking Mounjaro after her parents passed away in 2023. Moakler stated that her eating habits worsened, and she stopped exercising due to grief, along with questions about Kourtney Kardashian’s pregnancy with her ex-husband Travis Barker’s son, Rocky.
