Hulk Hogan’s Daughter In Bikini Shows ‘Years Of Weight Training’

Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke Hogan got candid about her body and her self-esteem last summer, although fans seeing her bikini-clad photo likely wondered what she had to worry about.

In May 2023, the 36-year-old reality star snapped a bikini selfie from a locker area, showing off her sensational figure, but admitting that she didn’t feel she was putting in enough effort.

Telling her Instagram followers that she used to be built “like a bull,” Brooke spoke of her obsessive food behaviors during her late teens, also saying that despite “years of weight training,” she’d let herself go a little. Fans quickly rushed to support Brooke, also leaving her over 38,000 likes.

Making the most of a large mirror, Brooke wowed in a plunging green bikini. Flashing her ample cleavage and curvy hips, the Hogan Knows Best alum drew the eye from her curves to her taut abs, also showing hints of her mile-long legs. Going halter style as she also displayed her toned shoulders, Brooke used one hand to hold her phone, placing the other on a granite countertop in front of her.

Wearing her blonde locks tied back and with a winged eyeliner look accentuating her eyes, Brooke added touches of glam from a light layer of makeup, but she kept her vibe low-key.

In a caption, Hulk Hogan’s daughter began: “One workout and it’s big swimsuit energy around here all of a sudden… (actually just really good lighting in this bathroom). I have a loooong way to go. Building a business is HARD. Eating right and getting workouts on top of it feels nearly impossible when you’ve already been tired for years and sun up to sun down you are faced with work that seems to have a pile-on effect.”

Continuing, the bombshell added that she never finds enough “hours in the day.”

Looking back on her late teens, Brooke wondered if the twice-daily “gym, broccoli, and chicken breast diet” routine ever “[comes] back.” For her, it’s a no.

Vowing to improve her nutrition and exercise regimen, the leggy beauty instead eyed up a “new phase.” Here, she noted being fortunate in that “years of weight training helped me keep some sort of shape.” That said, she had a complaint.

“What bothers be the most is that I can feel it in my bones. I used to be strong like a bull. Now I’m weak sauce. I’m not even concerned with weight, I just wanna be strong again!!!! I’m on my way, slowly but surely! One less chip with queso… and one more deadlift at a time,” Hulk Hogan’s daughter concluded.
