Brand New Day Features Hulk Return, Classic Villain

Mondo has revealed new 1/6th scale figures in its Masters of the Universe collectible line and they include Scare Glow and Scare-Mare.

Once slain in battle with King Randor,” Karak Nul’s loyal horse has been resurrected by Scare Glow’s dark powers as a terrifying, half-spectral beast!”

The figures come complete with fully glow in the dark body with semi-transparent flames. Scare-Mare features an awesome 54” wing span, and the armor, fabric cloth, and chain links are fully removable.

The wings are detachable with spectral energy swap outs for display flexibility.

Scare-Mare costs $599 and Scare Glow runs for $275. You can get them both for $775 and save a hundred bucks. They’ll go on sale Tuesday, July 23rd, through Ag. 9th.

Conceived by Mondo Senior Directors Hector Arce and Bob Fulkerson, Scare-Mare was designed by MOTU historian Florian Bertmer and Arce, and brought to after-life by mighty Mondo reanimators Tommy
Hodges (Sculpt) and Arce (Paint).

Mondo will also release a mini-comic with Dark Horse Comics revealing Scare-Mare’s dark origins.
