Congrats are in order! Cardi B has confirmed she is pregnant with baby number three. Her announcement comes on the heels of her filing for divorce from her husband, Offset, on Wednesday.
Cardi revealed her pregnancy in a stunning image of her posing on an NYC rooftop in a red gown and fur with a plunging neckline revealing her baby bump.
She captioned the photo, “With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all! You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion! I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do! It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!”
According to PageSix, , who broke the news the WAP rapper filed for divorce. An insider claims, “They’ve grown apart. That’s what drove her to this decision more than anything else.” They added, “This is something she wants to do.” Cardi is reportedly seeking primary custody of their two children.
Cardi B and Offset got married in 2017 after a whirlwind romance led them to the alter. The couple’s on an off again relationship made headlines in 2020 when Cardi first filed for divorce. She eventually took the Set It Off rapper back after his grand gestures to win back her love.
Fans expected there was trouble in paradise when Cardi posted an alarming video screaming in darkness. In December, she captioned a social post, “You know when you just out grow relationships … I’m tired of protecting peoples feelings … I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST!” A few days later, she posted, she’d been “single for a minute.”
The two were seemingly trying to make it work but sources say the distance between them kept growing and the divorce “is a long time in coming.”
“They’re just disconnected from each other,” said a TMZ source.

Offset Cheating Rumors
The divorce and pregnancy news comes in the midst of Offset cheating rumors. Despite sources claiming the incident didn’t cause the divorce, the two have been on separate pages for a while.
Offset was recently spotted with his pregnant ex “PrettyRedz” in a casino. Though he denied cheating, he has been found guilty in the court of public opinion. Fans aren’t buying it and with Cardi filing for divorce, it certainly doesn’t help his case.
This also isn’t the first time Offset was allegedly cheated on his wife. We wish Cardi nothing but the best. We’re sending her strength, love and positive energy during this vulnerable time in her life.
