The rich heir Dickie Greenleaf, who gets into a cat and mouse game of wits with Matt Damon in The Talented Mr.Ripley.

As the famous Russian Sniper Vasily Zaytsev in Enemy of the Gates, based on the Siege of Stalingrad. Movie was not so great, but Law shines in the role of the sniper.

The gigolo humanoid in Steven Spielberg's AI, who becomes a mentor and friend to Haley Joel Osment.
