Danielle Cabral shared a video of husband Nate Cabral posing for a “sexy photoshoot” on the heels of The Real Housewives of New Jersey finale, which saw Jennifer Aydin body-shaming her spouse.
Along with a lengthy caption, in which she targeted her castmate’s “evil-hearted” behavior and leaks to blogs, Danielle, 38, posted a clip of Nate posing topless as he admitted to having body insecurities as a child and slammed those who have shamed him.
“Checkmate,” Danielle began in the caption of her August 5 post on Instagram.
“Sometimes I find myself wanting to clap back. Bite at everyone who barks at me. But then I look at those people, like really look at them…what kind of life they’re living. The choices they’re making. The things they do. Compared to who we are, what we do, and how we live,” Danielle wrote. “And that, itself, keeps me humble.”
After noting that “misery loves company,” Danielle said she and her castmate are “cut from different cloths, made from different sauces.”
“Stay blessed and remind yourself that the evil-hearted never wins!” she told her fans and followers.
Danielle then wrote a message to Nate, saying, “To my husband, you are BEAUTIFUL, and I adore you. ‘Till the wheels fall off, baby!!! Thank you for being such a good sport.”
In the accompanying video, which she described as a “sexy photoshoot,” Danielle was seen telling Nate, “This is not enough skin for me — I need more! I think we got to go straight to topless. Just take it all off!”
As the video continued, Nate was seen biting onto a pair of sunglasses and being sprayed down as he read Andy Cohen’s The Daddy Diaries while topless with the rim of his Tommy Hilfiger boxers showing.
“You have to have thick a** skin in [the] reality world. Growing up, I was a heavy kid,” Nate admitted. “I had such a fear of even being called on in class. You see people just shame and talk and it’s just like, why?”
As Nate opened up about his past insecurities, a number of social media disses were seen, including messages that read, “His boobs are huge,” “Nate and his double Ds,” and “voluptuous.”
At the end of the clip, Danielle suggested that it was Jennifer, who said Nate was the one “with the boobs” on the finale episode, who was the insecure party.
“It’s not about you. It’s about the person making fun of you. That’s where the insecurities lie. I’ll never talk in the press, I’ll never talk in the blogs, this is how we come back,” she concluded.
Following the sharing of the video, Danielle was met with messages from RHONJ viewers, some of whom mentioned the physique of Jennifer’s husband, Bill Aydin, and brought up his past affair.
“Girl, I would have jumped over that table at her too. I hope they bring you back. It was clear that she was throwing rocks and they let it escalate that far,” one person stated.
But according to Danielle, fans only “saw a fraction of the disgusting insults she was hurling.”
“Imagine Bill with his shirt off!” another person suggested. “That was disgusting the way Jennifer treated you at that dinner. You handled that very well.”
“You [guys] are a hot couple. Jennifer is just mad cause Bill rather sleep in the pool house or with a secretary instead of her marriage arrangements issues. Her marriage to Bill is as happy as her parents for the show,” someone else wrote.
“Your husband said it best. Bill [does] not like his wife that’s why he runs to hide out in the pool house,” another agreed.
Another fan encouraged Danielle not to “let anyone dull her sparkle.”
“Nate did not deserve the insults that came from that sad, broken woman! He looks absolutely fantastic and your relationship is precious,” they stated.
