Kaley Cuoco And BF Of Two Years Tom Pelphrey Are Engaged!

Sound the wedding bells! Kaley Cuoco just said the big yes!

The actress is now engaged to her long-term boyfriend and baby daddy in an intimate proposal over the weekend, and she was delighted to share the news.

Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey have been an item for two years, and they share a 1-year-old daughter, Matilda.

The movie star announced the news on her Instagram story and showed off her dazzling engagement ring. The picture, which featured her now fiance, who appeared utterly smitten with her, came with the caption, “Amazing weekend.”

Cuoco then shared two more slides of them with their adorable one-year-old making a cameo in their family portrait.

The last slide, which the “The Big Bang Theory” actress reposted from Pelphery, still featured the toddler who smiled along with her parents as her dad held her in his arms and Cuoco gave her a big cuddle.

Cuoco and her little family wore matching black ensembles for their photo session and accompanied it with the caption: “Everybody’s got their little slice of heaven.”

In an interview last year, Pelphery confessed that he did not know Cuoco acted in “The Big Bang Theory” at the beginning of his relationship. He continued that he had not seen her in anything as he was not much of a social person. In his words: 

“Look, I live in a cave. Before I met Kaley, I was living in upstate New York on a dirt road in the middle of the woods, without much Wi-Fi. She’s brought me into modern times.”

However, her superstar status became clear to him when she tagged along to visit his friends and family in New Jersey. Pelphrey recalled that his mother’s partner kept calling Cuoco “Penny,” the name of her popular character in the hit comedy show that ran from 2007 to 2019 on CBS.

The new discovery shocked Pelphery, who pulled Cuoco aside and asked for clarification. The actress explained that Penny was simply her on-screen name, per TODAY.

Cuoco and Pelphrey had the perfect romance story for their first meeting. Their manager, Andrea Pett Joseph, introduced them to each other at the premiere of Ozark in April 2022.

Cuoco recalled hearing his voice and turning around, and she felt her “life was over or just starting,” as she admitted, “It hit me. It was love at first sight.”

The actress previously filed for divorce from her ex-husband, Karl Cook, in September 2021 after three years of marriage. 

She was also married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting, but they parted ways in 2015 after two years as a couple.

The 38-year-old instantly connected to Pelphrey, declaring, “I do feel like I’ve known him my whole life, but I wasn’t ready for him.”

A few months after their Instagram debut, the couple announced to their fans that they would be parents to a baby girl.

The October 11, 2022 announcement featured a picture of the couple holding a cake with a pink filling to indicate the gender of their unborn baby.

“Baby girl Pelphrey coming 2023, beyond blessed and over the moon.” wrote the actress in her post.

Pelphery also shared his version, adding the caption: “And then it was even MORE BETTER… Love you more than ever @kaleycuoco.”

The pair welcomed their baby, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, on March 30, 2023, and shared the good news with their fans on Cuoco’s Instagram.

“We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle,” Cuoco wrote in the caption of her Instagram post announcing Matilda’s birth. “We are blessed beyond belief.”

The actress described Matilda as ‘the new light of our lives” and extended their gratitude to the hospital staff, their friends, and family for their support.

Matilda’s birth came just in time for their first anniversary as a couple and as parents in April, and she featured in their celebratory pictures. The lovebirds expressed their undying love for each other and their beautiful family in their anniversary tributes.

The third time could be the charm for Kaley Cuoco as she prepares to walk down the aisle with Tom Pelphrey.
