Kanye West‘s former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos has doubled down on his explosive claim that the rap legend is battling a dangerous nitrous oxide addiction and that his dentist Thomas Connelly is to blame.
Yiannopoulos, a controversial far-right figure who worked for Kanye between 2022 and 2024, has shared an alleged text conversation involving both Ye and Connelly, in which the celebrity dentist agrees to supply the Yeezy mogul with nitrous gas, at Kanye’s request.
The alleged texts also show Connelly stating his desire to legalize the poisonous substance for recreational use and build a “delivery system.”
“PROOF: Thomas Connelly agrees to deliver recreational nitrous oxide to his heavily addicted patient Ye at the latter’s then-residence, Chateau Marmont—the site of dozens of celebrity overdoses and suicides,” Yiannopoulos wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday (August 13).

His post came after a spokesperson for Connelly issued a statement denying Yiannopoulos’ previous claim that he’s responsible for getting Kanye hooked on nitrous oxide.
“Dr. Thomas P. Connelly categorically denies all the false allegations made by Milo Yiannopoulos,” the statement reads. “Mr. Yiannopoulos, who has admitted to being motivated by personal grievances, has presented a narrative that is not only factually incorrect but also intentionally misleading.
“Dr. Connelly has never engaged in any reckless, unethical, or illegal conduct, nor has he ever endangered the health and safety of his patients.”
Connelly’s rep further accused Yiannopoulos of trying “damage” the licensed dentist’s reputation.

The wild claims were made in a sworn affidavit filed by Yiannopoulos against Thomas Connelly to the California Dental Board earlier this month.
In it, he accused Connelly of charging Kanye West more than $50,000 per month for the illegal supply of “enormous” quantities of nitrous oxide, which is typically used to reduce a patient’s pain and anxiety during dental procedures.
Yiannopoulos alleged that Connelly had pitched himself to run Kanye’s Yeezy company for an annual salary of $2.4 million and put together a business proposal that included the development of a “personal use N²O² system.”
He also claimed that the licensed dentist had moved into the same apartment building as Ye and was seen by one Yeezy employee “hauling four large surgical tanks of nitrous oxide into [Kanye’s wife] Bianca Censori’s apartment.”
As a result of Kanye’s addiction to the gas, Yiannopoulos claimed that the Vultures rapper has exhibited “distressing symptomps” and become “incomprehensible and contradictory” in his communication.
The affidavit cites a claim made by current Yeezy employee Eric Cui in June that Kanye underwent a brain scan which “revealed evidence of permanent brain damage from rampant, prolongued abuse of nitrous oxide.”
The filing also made reference to a video that Kanye sent to boxer Ryan Garcia in which he seemingly self-administers the gas through a mask.
“Ryan Garcia, this Ye. I’m on the nitrous,” he says in the worrying clip, which went viral on social media following the allegations.
Yiannapolous has since claimed that the California Dental Board has opened an investigation into Connelley’s alleged conduct.
While the dentist has vehemently denied the allegations, Kanye himself has yet to comment on the matter.
