Greg Swindell’s Daughter Goes Missing
According to the former MLB star, Brenna was initially last seen in the Austin area late Thursday afternoon, but no one has heard from her since. “Her phone is off and she has not been in contact with family, friends, and most importantly her children,” Greg said in a social media post.
He warned that her ex-boyfriend “has a warrant and is violent” and asked the public if they “have seen or heard from either one of them” to let the family or police know.
Brenna drives a white Kia Carnival with the license plate VFS7528.

Update On Brenna Swindell’s Car
The former MLB star later found out that Brenna’s car “went through a reader in Colorado on 1-25 Friday evening.”
“DPS has been working on it the best they can,” he added, but “because the GPS isn’t on and no cell phones are on, there is no science exactly where the car is by now.”
“We haven’t heard anything back from DPS, but they are on it and the missing persons have been filed. We have had lots of leads and trying to sift through them.”
He then thanked the public for their help. “We SO appreciate all the leads and the offers of help from people in Colorado, but we have no idea where in Colorado they are, or if they are even still there. PLEASE keep the tips coming of any sightings or information.”

“Until we can get KIA to activate the GPS tomorrow morning, and also figure out what apartment she is in as she moved on Tuesday and nobody knows the number, and the complex is closed today,” the post added.

The former baseball pitcher then reminded the public that “her boyfriend is in trouble with the law from when he assaulted her last month and we don’t know if she went with him willingly, was talked into running away with him, or what.”
“I still feel she would never abandon her three children or just take off without explanation,” he added. “So until we can prove otherwise, we feel she is in danger. Thank you again, everyone.”
Missing Persons Report Filed
On Monday, Greg shared a snapshot of the Missing Persons report, which details Brenna as 5’4″ and approximately 120-140 pounds.
She has brown shoulder-length hair that, according to Greg, she likes to wear in a high ponytail, and hazel eyes. She also has a sleeve tattoo with flowers on one arm and a spider web on the other shoulder.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Austin Police Department.
