RHOC star Tamra Judge is reacting to fans of the hit Bravo series calling for her firing amid the season 18 drama.
During the August 27 episode of Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp‘s Two Ts In A Pod podcast, the Real Housewives of Orange County star acknowledged that some Bravo fans were unhappy with her behavior throughout season 18.
Tamra Judge, who returned to the Real Housewives Orange County for season 17 after a two-year hiatus, noted that fans are calling for her to be fired despite previously begging Bravo to bring her back.
“I [got] fired. And people wanted me fired. And then everybody was up in arms. ‘Bring her back.’ And then they brought me back. And then they’re like, ‘Oh my god, she’s so mean. Fire her!’” Tamra said.
Unlike fans, Tamra doesn’t believe she is a “villain.” Instead, she sees herself as a “truth-teller.”
While some fans may not like her delivery, Tamra admitted that she was shocked to learn that fans were upset with how she handled herself throughout season 18.
“I will tell you the truth. Maybe my delivery isn’t sweet as pie. But that’s how I am. That’s how I’m wired,” she said. “I went into this whole season thinking I’m being a good friend. I’m not enabling. And look how it’s come out.”
Throughout season 18, Tamra has shown zero sympathy for Shannon Beador following her DUI arrest. She has also encouraged Alexis Bellino and John Janssen‘s attempts to take down Shannon. On top of that, Tamra has stirred the pot and spewed her nastiness, especially when she is fueled by alcohol.
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
