Real Housewives of New York OG Luann de Lesseps throws shade at RHOC star Alexis Bellino: “I’m not gonna bring my boyfriend around her.”
Everyone in the Bravoverse can’t help but tune in to watch season 18 of the Real Housewives of Orange County thanks to the drama between Shannon Beador, her ex-boyfriend John Janssen and his new love Alexis Bellino.
Most Real Housewives of Orange County fans are Team Shannon Beador, and it turns out even most Bravolebs are rooting for the 60-year-old mom of three.
Real Housewives of New York OG Luann de Lesseps is the latest Bravo star to speak out in support of Shannon, with whom she is set to film a new reality TV dating show, tentatively titled Hotel Love, later this year. The series is expected to premiere on Peacock in 2025 and will also star Real Housewives of Potomac stars Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby.
As previously reported, Erika Jayne also recently blasted Alexis and John for going after Shannon and flaunting their relationship in her face.
Countess Luann defended Shannon in a recent interview while slamming Alexis Bellino for breaking girl code.
“It’s horrible,” Luann de Lesseps said of Shannon’s predicament while chatting with Page Six‘s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast.
“That’s gotta hurt, right?” noted the Countess. “And I mean, this guy. What kind of guy does that? On the same TV show, I mean, really? I would hate it! I would really have a tough time with it.”
Initially, Luann directed her anger at John Janssen since he had a prior relationship with Shannon. However, she quickly changed her tune, noting that it takes two to tango.
“I think it takes two to tango,” the 59-year-old reasoned, adding, “Nope, not at all, but I’m not gonna bring my boyfriend around her.”
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
