Ok, so I’m not going to lie, I am often guilty of being on my phone while watching TV. Not for every show of course, but more often than not, I am playing a game or scrolling on Instagram while I watch. So when this new blanket company approached us and showed us their hands-free design it gave me ‘snuggie’ vibes, but without the cheap fleece feeling. This new blanket is one that I wouldn’t mind keeping on my couch permanently. Aesthetically, it’s gorgeous.
And the design is simple… it’s a blanket with arm holes. So you can have your hands free to be on your phone, drinking coffee, or anything else you need. And my favorite part is that when you stand up to do something, the blanket stays on you.
They sent me one about 2 weeks ago, and I’ve used it almost every night. It’s such a simple/genius idea that I’m shocked I’ve never seen it before. There are lots of “poncho-style” blankets out in the world, but not only do they feel a bit cheap, they also aren’t really blankets. They are over-sized sweatshirts. This is a properly beautiful and functional additon to your living room.
