24 Hours To D-Day is a new World War II drama movie from The Asylum, a film production company that is typically known for making low-budget and direct-to-video mockbuster movies. Starring The Dark Knight’s Eric Roberts, the movie will be released on Video On Demand (VOD) and in select United States theaters later this month.

What happens in the 24 Hours To D-Day trailer?
The 24 Hours To D-Day trailer sees a group of American soldiers stranded behind enemy lines in German-occupied France during World War II. While they’re being tracked by German forces, the group must find a way to activate beacons guiding an air assault infantry division to Normandy.
“Just hours before the D-Day invasion of Normandy, a team of American Special Forces parachutes into German-occupied France,” the synopsis for the movie reads. “Their mission: avoid capture and activate critical drop zone beacons to guide the 101st Airborne’s assault.”
Along with Roberts (The Expendables, Inherent Vice), the cast of 24 Hours To D-Day includes Nick Annunziata (The Sopranos, Mafia Spies), Chris Cleveland (The Prestige, Love, Courage and the Battle of Bushy Run), and Andrew Colford (General Hospital, Top Gunner: America vs. Russia).
The movie is directed by Monroe Robertson, while the script was written by Alex Heerman.
24 Hours To D-Day will be released in select United States theaters — Encino, California’s Laemmle Town Center 5; Brunswick, Ohio’s Hickory Ridge Cinemas; Minneapolis, Minnesota’s Trylon Cinema; Brooklyn, New York’s Film Noir Cinema; and Roswell, Georgia’s Aurora Cineplex — on September 20, 2024 from The Asylum.
24 Hours To D-Day will also be available on VOD on the same day, September 20, 2024.
