In a significant move following her son’s tragic death, Janelle put Garrison’s Flagstaff home on the market for $425,000, nearly $100,000 more than its purchase price. Garrison bought the property in 2021 for $329,000.

The 1,400-square-foot residence features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also boasts of modern updates, including fresh paint, vinyl flooring, and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. Other amenities include a small courtyard and a fenced backyard.

Garrison’s death by suicide in March at the age of 25 deeply affected his family. This sale reflects Janelle’s ongoing efforts to navigate her grief while marking a new chapter in her life. The listing captures a moment of transition as Janelle moves forward amidst the profound loss, per In Touch.

The TV personality’s decision to put her late son’s house on sale follows her own commitment to a new chapter in life, having purchased a new home in July, two years after her separation from spiritual partner Kody Brown.

The Blast reported that the mother-of-six embraced her newfound independence by purchasing a $289,000 home in Chocowinity, North Carolina. 

This 156-acre agricultural property, acquired on March 28, offered Janelle a fresh start as a single woman and is conveniently located near her daughter, Maddie Brown, in Greenville.

The purchase came amid Janelle’s efforts to build a fulfilling future for herself and her children.

Janelle proved that resilience and joy could coexist even in the face of profound loss. In June, after her son’s passing, the 55-year-old shared a touching moment on Instagram, capturing a delightful Disneyland trip with her children Gabriel and Savannah.

The Blast highlighted the heartwarming photo, where Janelle is donning Minnie Mouse ears and a bright blouse. She smiled widely with her kids, who enthusiastically made heart shapes with their fingers.

Garrison Brown’s Autopsy Revealed Tragic Details Behind His Death

The Blast reported on the heart-wrenching details surrounding the death of Janelle’s son, Garrison. The autopsy report from Coconino County Medical Examiner has confirmed that the 25-year-old died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, marking the death as suicide.

Compounding the tragedy, the postmortem findings revealed that ethanol intoxication was a significant factor. The analysis showed dangerously high levels of alcohol in his system, with blood alcohol concentrations reaching .307% in iliac blood and .370% in vitreous fluid. 

The report also noted traces of caffeine.
