Yailin claims that the rapper shared explicit videos on social media following their breakup, as reported by TMZ. Court documents state that throughout the relationship, Tekashi allegedly exerted control over her, pressing her into cosmetic procedures and taking hundreds of thousands of dollars to support his expenses. The pair broke in August 2024, and shortly afterward, Tekashi reportedly retaliated by posting intimate images of Yailin on X(formerly Twitter).
The content was later removed, but Yailin is now seeking over $1 million in damages. The lawsuit also asks the court to prevent Tekashi from posting any more content related to Yailin, as she continues to face emotional distress from his actions. Tekashi said in a statement that he is shocked by the claims since he helped Yailin during her financial struggles and was “speechless” at the allegations that he had taken money from her.
“All that jewelry is mine … that car she’s riding in I bought … the penthouse shoe [sic] got in the Dominican Republic I bought … I took care of her family, daughter — when I met her she had 2 month old baby — I put pampers and food on the table for them.”
