The actor advised the politician to look outside the American entertainment terrain to boost her chances of a clean sweep by November.

John Leguizamo Thinks The Latina Community Might Turn The Tides For Kamala Harris
Leguizamo admitted that the former senator needs to solicit support and endorsement from Latina celebrities. The actor namedropped rapper Bad Bunny or actress America Ferrera as his golden ticket to help Harris get a surge of Latino voters at the polls.
Leguizamo argued that while Taylor Swift’s endorsement may have spiked Harris’s American support, Bad Bunny’s popularity would tilt a considerable number of younger Latin voters to Harri’s side if he endorsed her.
TMZ noted that the actor is quite knowledgeable about Latin history, which may be a reason to take his suggestion seriously. Leguizamo recently produced a new three-part PBS documentary series about Latin American history titled “Voces American Historia: The Untold History of Latinos.”

Swift Gave Walz His Flowers For His Progressive Policies
Swift’s endorsement post was long and detailed. She praised Harris for choosing Walz as her running mate in the election, adding, “I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz.”
She explained that the governor has maintained a sterling track record of advocating for “LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.”
Swift encouraged first-time voters to register early, as she promised to attach the link to register and find early voting dates in her story.
Walz is currently the governor of Minnesota and is in his sixth term representing the state. He was first elected as the 41st governor of the state in 2018 and won his re-election in 2022.

Donald Trump Reacted To Swift’s Endorsement
The 34-year-old’s decision to support Harris did not go down well with Trump, and he did not mince words with his reaction on his social media platform Truth Social, where he wrote: “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.”
He then followed up his post by thanking Brittany Mahomes for her alleged support after she was reportedly spotted liking a post from the former president on August 13 about “The 2024 GOP Platform.”
Although she quickly unliked it, Trump milked the situation. He wrote, “I want to thank beautiful Brittany Mahomes for so strongly defending me and the fact that MAGA is the greatest and most powerful Political Movement in the History of our now Failing Country.”
The 77-year-old noted that it was nice to see someone who loves America and “wants to save it from DOOM,” especially now that the “Crime and Illegal Immigration” is totally out of control and “INFLATION Ravaging all Americans.”

Kamala Harris Campaign Team Stood Up For Taylor Swift
Following Trump’s post, The Blast reported that Harris’ campaign spokesperson, Sarafina Chikita, released a statement condemning his week of whining and spouting conspiracy theories, which “has voters on both sides of the aisle ready to Forget That He Existed.”
Chikita stated that the American people are ready to “leave behind the Blank Space of Trump’s broken promises, and Begin Again by electing Vice President Harris to ensure America’s future of opportunity is Long Lived.”
The spokesperson encourages voters to come together and write a new chapter, “Where all Americans Breathe easy,” knowing there is a “strong, steady leadership at the helm.”
The statement, craftily constructed using some of Swift’s popular lyrics and song titles, concluded with Chikita stating, “We can make sure The Story of Us is one of progress—and show Donald Trump we are not going Back to December of 2020. Like ever.”
Will Kamala Harris and Tim Walz take John Leguizamo’s advice and bag one or two endorsements from Latin celebrities as the polls draw closer?
