A shocking incident involving a botched liposuction has gone viral after a woman named Louise Belle took to Facebook to expose a beauty salon in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. She claims that her daughter and another individual were subjected to an unsafe liposuction procedure, during which a dental device was allegedly used, resulting in one person being hospitalized.

Images of the device allegedly used by Joline Anderson, the owner of Joline Aesthetics, were shared on Facebook. According to a report by Bored Panda, the device appeared to be an “18 liters per minute air flow electric portable suction unit” sold for a few hundred dollars on AliExpress. The machine is commonly used for dental phlegm suction, not cosmetic surgery. Belle warned other users not to visit the spa for their services. “She isn’t qualified to train students or carry out any aesthetics!” she wrote in the post.
Joline, who offers beauty courses for £1,700 (around $2,270), allegedly performed the procedure using unapproved equipment. Louise further shared photos of a client’s bruised and swollen stomach and hip, believed to be the result of the botched surgery. Since the post went viral, the esthetician has responded to the claims, denying any wrongdoing. “The recent allegations claiming that one of our clients was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) are entirely false,” she wrote.

“None of our clients have been hospitalized, let alone admitted to the ICU or died as a result of any treatment or procedure performed by Joline Aesthetic.”
Joline continued, “The equipment and machines are obtained from reputable manufacturers, and contrary to what has been claimed, none of our equipment has been purchased from AliExpress.” She added that people should not believe things on social media without solid proof.
