ComingSoon can exclusively reveal the trailer for Witch Hunter.

Witch Hunter is a new movie being released by The Asylum, the company known for putting out Sharknado and a number of other low-budget, direct-to-video movies that are oftentimes mockbusters. Starring Doug Bradley, the movie will be released in select United States theaters later this month.

Check out the exclusive Witch Hunter trailer below (watch more trailers and clips):

What happens in the Witch Hunter trailer?

The Witch Hunter trailer introduces audiences to a fantasy world that sees a small, medieval town being terrorized by an evil witch. They then recruit a witch hunter in hopes that he can stop the nefarious threat, while there is also footage of dragons, giant spiders, and more.

“A medieval town is terrorized by demonic beasts transformed from woodland creatures by a powerful and vile witch. Now, a brave witch hunter and his warrior band must venture into the forest to confront the monstrous creatures and put an end to the witch’s dark magic,” the synopsis for the movie reads.

Bradley is best known for playing Pinhead in the first eight films of the Hellraiser franchise. He’s also starred in movies such as 1990’s Nightbreed, 2009’s Book of Blood, 2011’s The Reverend, 2012’s Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines, 2012’s Scream Park, and more.

The cast also includes D. C. Douglas and Dylan Vox. Marc Gottlieb directs the movie, while Joshua Pruett wrote the script.

Witch Hunter will open in select United States theaters on October 4, 2024, from The Asylum. These theaters include Roswell, Georgia’s Aurora Cineplex; Brooklyn, New York’s Film Noir Cinema; Brunswick, Ohio’s Hickory Ridge Cinemas; Miami Beach, Florida’s O Cinema South Beach; and Minneapolis, Minnesota’s Trylon Cinema.

The film will also be available on VOD on the same day, October 4, 2024.
