As we previously shared on September 24, Diddy was hit with another sexual assault lawsuit filed by a woman named Thalia Graves. In her complaint, she alleged that Sean “Diddy” Combs and his former head of security, Joseph Sherman violently raped her. She stated that the traumatic event ultimately led to suicidal thoughts for the last 23 years.
Graves alleged that in 2001, at just 25 years old, she was dating one of Diddy’s employees and that the mogul manipulated her into a private meeting with himself and his bodyguard at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City.

During the alleged event, she alleged that they isolated her in his office/lounge and provided her with a drink that was “likely drugged,” causing her to briefly lose consciousness. Graves claimed that when she woke up, she found herself restrained, with Diddy and Sherman allegedly proceeding to brutally sexually assault her on a pool table.
In a press conference held by Graves and her attorney, Gloria Allred, the woman publicly and emotionally addressed her accusers and the nation. During the event, Graves broke down in tears, stating that the “trauma of the assault has taken a toll on my mental health, I’ve had PTSD, depression, and anxiety.” She continued stating that she’s “emotionally scarred and it’s been hard for me to trust others to form other relationships.”

Since rape accuser Thalia Graves filed her lawsuit against Diddy and his former bodyguard Joseph Sherman, “Big Joe” is now speaking out to emotionally proclaim his innocence and call out Graves’ alleged money grab attempt.
In an interview with NBC’s News 4 New York, Sherman told reporter Sarah Wallace that he did security for Bad Boy Records in the 1990s, but wasn’t working for the company in 2001. He added, “It’s a lie on me. I don’t know this lady from anywhere.” He added, “I am not questioning her integrity. I am just questioning her claims against me. You got the wrong man. I wasn’t even in the same room with you. I have never seen you. I wasn’t even in New York that I recall at the time.”
